While you are on the phone with the emergency personal, a SMS will automatically be sent to your phone. This SMS contains a link which takes you to the FirstActKit App
You will be connected with he paramedic that gives you guidance on which steps to take next. The paramedics will be on their way already.
You can always check the current location of the emergency team and how long they need to get to your location.
